Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Crank the Watts, operated by MonoVerde Group Limited. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must give accurate information and be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the intervals, workouts and plans you create. By publishing content publicly, you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it on the platform, and you allow other users to download it for their personal training use.
You must have the right to publish what you publish, and it must not be unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break security, no uploading malicious content, and no using the platform to harass others. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. They renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required.
We don't offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend Premium features until it succeeds.
5. Training disclaimer
Crank the Watts provides training content, not medical advice. Structured exercise carries inherent risk. You're responsible for training within your own limits and for consulting a doctor before starting any new training programme. We are not liable for injury or health issues arising from use of workouts found on the platform.
6. Third-party integrations
If you connect a third-party service such as Strava, your use of that service is governed by its own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services and can't guarantee their availability.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but provide it "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
